This is a recreational league and is open to teams of all levels. Team captains will be asked for division selection information - Rec or Rec+Plus during the registration process. Playground Sports will attempt to schedule teams based on similar competition levels.
Teams consist of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 players.
7 Scheduled Matches (3 matches per game) . TENTATIVE: Top 4 teams will make playoffs.
Ways to Register: ***NEW***
- Sponsored Teams: Contact Bec at play@playgroundsports.net to get instructions regarding registration players without fees and invoicing sponsors.
- Captains: Captains may pay for entire team OR split the cost among the number of players on your team. Captains will send out roster invites (online via Playground Sports account) for your teammates to join your team. Each player must individually register for the team and pay their team fee if the captain did not pay the full team fee. If the team does not have the minimum number of registered players required by the deadline, the team will NOT be included on the schedule. All players will receive individual player registration fee refunds, however, a $50 team fee will not be refunded if the team is not included on the schedule.
- Team Player: For players who have been invited/asked to join a team. Captain has already registered the team slot. Players may either use the invitation to join the team emailed by their captain or register directly online for as a team player. Simply choose the team name from the drop-down list during registration and your captain will be informed and asked to accept your registration. If your captain did not pay the full team fee, you will be required to pay your portion of the team fee based on the total number of players on the team.
- Small Groups: For friends wanting to play together but don't have enough players for a full team. Each player will register individually entering the same small group name to ensure players are placed with correct players.
- Free Agents: For individuals needing a team. We will find a team for you or you will receive a full refund.
Captains: We will attempt to create two different divisions (pending the total number of teams). Please be sure to pay attention to selecting "Rec" or "Rec+" during registration. Teams may be assigned based on previous season standings.
