SUBS: $10 sub fee when invited to join a team for a night. 

Show official sub receipt (on phone) prior to play. 

All subs for the either co-ed or women's volleyball leagues must register here prior to showing up the night of games. Subs are not allowed during playoffs, unless approved in advance.
