Proof of vaccination or medical exemption is required to be uploaded- see info below. Your account must be "Vaccinated-All Access" level in order to register for the league, please contact the office after you complete your vaccination upload. Exemptions/Vax Card Upload during registration- Upload Vax Card or Note from Doctor Stating Medical Reason for NO VAX, ideological exemptions prohibited. Players MUST be vaccinated or have a medical reason not to be vaccinated to participate.
This is a quick view on how to upload your vaccination cards as well as ensure your account profile is complete. Additionally, your membership status will be changed once you upload your vaccination/exemptions, please email us once you have completed this process so you are able to register for all sports in the future.
After you login, you can also communicate with you team members, see schedules, rsvp for games, complete your health checks (6 hrs prior to game it is emailed to you - click to see instructions on how to complete health checks), agree to waivers, and register for upcoming activities.
First login at playgroundsports.com (account login in orange bar on top of all pages of the website). Once you login, this is a screenshot of what your dashboard looks like. I have circled in green the 2 locations to enter your vax card and other required information.
This is the screen you will see after clicking "Edit Registration Settings" in the Action column.
Upload a picture of your vax card and then save changes.
Go back to your dashboard (in orange bar at top of page always) and click on Profile - Edit Profile
When you go to the Edit Profile you will be able to complete any incomplete required fields (red * indicates required field), add a photo, and upload your vax card.
YOU MUST SCROLL DOWN to see all the fields and get to the upload area. You may find that there are several unfilled fields. Please complete all that are required (red *).
As members have uploaded the vax/exemption card to their Profiles, membership status will be changed, you will be eligible for activities in the future without uploading your card for every registration. The goal is to have card uploaded in profiles so it is no longer a step in the registration process.

- Sponsored Teams: Contact Bec (play@playgroundsports.net) prior to registration for details on how to get team/players enrolled without fee and sponsor invoices.
- Captains: Sign up to hold your team's spot ($50 team fee + individual player registration fee). Captains will send out roster invites (online via Playground Sports account) for your teammates to join your team. Each player must individually register for the team and pay their team fee. If the team does not have the minimum number of registered players required by the deadline, the team will NOT be included on the schedule. All players will receive individual player registration fee refunds, however, the $50 team fee will not be refunded if the team is not included on the schedule.
- Team Player: For players who have been invited/asked to join a team. Captain has already registered the team slot. Players may either use the invitation to join the team emailed by their captain or register directly online for as a team player. Simply choose the team name from the drop-down list during registration and your captain will be informed and asked to accept your registration.
- Small Groups: For friends wanting to play together but don't have enough players for a full team. Each player will register individually entering the same small group name to ensure players are placed with correct players.
- Free Agents: For individuals needing a team.
